1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Tickets.dev("Tickets.dev", "we" or "us"). If you use Tickets.dev on behalf of a company, you agree to these Terms for that company. You accept these Terms by creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using the API.
If you have agreed to an order form with us, its terms (such as pricing, invoicing or commitment period) apply in addition to these Terms and take precedence where they differ.
2. Your use of the data
Everything the API returns is publicly available information: the listings, prices, fees and seat maps a ticket marketplace displays to any visitor on its event pages, without logging in.
We place no restrictions on how you use it. You may store, analyze, modify, publish, resell and build products on the data, and display it to your own users, without attribution. You retain all rights to anything you create with it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure, and for usage made with your keys. If you believe a key has been compromised, revoke it from your dashboard and create a new one.
4. Plans and billing
- Self-serve plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices and limits are listed on the pricing page.
- You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Upgrades take effect immediately, with unused time on your previous plan credited. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
- Failed requests are never charged. Unused captures carry over to the next billing period.
- Invoiced plans are billed on the terms of your order form.
5. Service and availability
We work to keep Tickets.dev fast and reliable, and we improve it continuously. Because marketplaces change their websites without notice, an individual capture may occasionally fail, and data reflects what a marketplace displayed at the time of capture. Uptime commitments or service levels apply only where agreed in an order form.
6. Ownership
We own the Tickets.dev software, API, documentation and website. You own your account data and everything you build. Section 2 sets out your rights to the data the API returns.
7. Termination
You may stop using Tickets.dev and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for use that threatens the security or stability of the service, and we will notify you first where reasonably possible.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, and each party's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid to Tickets.dev in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and continuing to use Tickets.dev after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
12. General
These Terms, together with any order form and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Tickets.dev. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Neither party may assign these Terms without the other's consent, except as part of a merger or sale of its business.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@tickets.dev.
