This policy explains what information Tickets.dev collects, how it is used and shared, and how you can access or delete it. We do not sell personal information.

1. Who we are

Tickets.dev is operated by Tickets.dev("Tickets.dev", "we" or "us"). This policy covers the Tickets.dev website, dashboard and API.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address and organization. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
  • Billing information: your plan and invoice history. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never receive or store full card numbers.
  • Usage information: API requests, timestamps and IP addresses, used to meter your plan, enforce limits and troubleshoot issues.
  • Website analytics: pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email, through the contact form or when booking a call.

The ticket data returned by the API is public marketplace listing data.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and bill for the service, send account emails such as password resets, respond to your requests, keep the service secure, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it, including measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Tickets.dev, such as payment processing, hosting, email and analytics, or where required by law.

5. Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@tickets.dev. You can also block analytics and advertising scripts in your browser without affecting the API.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
